What is a Sleep Study?
A sleep study by definition is a 6-8 hour recording of the physical changes and behaviors that occur while you sleep. Your brain activity, heart rate, leg movements, oxygen levels, and breathing patterns are tracked during the study.
There are several types of studies that we can perform in the lab, meaning staying at the sleep center overnight in one of the two cozy bedrooms available. One of our friendly, knowledgeable registered sleep technicians will be there with you. Helping you track your sleep and monitoring you for the entire night. You may also have the option of your physician or dentist ordering this for you at home, which is known as portable home sleep testing.
We are asleep diagnostic lab that performs sleep studies for patients. In our lab, in addition to providing at home sleep testing, we emphasize customer service and ensure our patients will have the best experience with our friendly and professional staff.
